India Suffers Major Injury Blows Ahead of Manchester Test

The young all-rounder suffered an injury. This occurred on Sunday. He was training in the gym. A scan revealed significant ligament damage. Nitish Kumar Reddy’s injury is a major blow. It impacts the Indian team’s preparations. Arshdeep Singh was already out.

Injury Woes Continue for Team India

The Indian team is struggling with injuries. This is before the Manchester Test. Injuries are a persistent issue. After Arshdeep Singh, Nitish Kumar Reddy is out. He misses the England tour due to injury. He injured his knee during a gym session. This rules him out of the series against England.

The Indian team trails 1-2. This is in the five-match series. The team is already worried. Arshdeep Singh and Akash Deep are injured. Both fast bowlers are likely out. They will miss the Manchester Test. This match starts on July 23.

Anshul Kamboj Joins as Backup

The team management called Anshul Kamboj. He is a fast bowler from Haryana. He will join as a backup. He will link up with the team soon. Regarding Nitish Kumar Reddy, he did not make the playing XI. This was at Headingley.
